Expédition & retours
All deliveries are made with the global package delivery companies DHL, UPS, and FedEx, and it is FREE to the USA only! The orders are shipped from our warehouse in the United States and Europe to your delivery address. As you know, shipments to post office boxes will generally not be delivered. The additional terms and conditions of DHL can be read at www.dhl.com.
Orders are processed from Monday to Friday, from 9 to 11 am.
Please keep in mind that orders placed Friday afternoon, Saturday, and Sunday will be processed on Monday morning.
Express orders that are placed on Thursday afternoon are going to be processed and sent out on Friday. Since DHL is not working during the weekend, these orders will generally reach you after the weekend.
Estimated transit time after dispatch:
United States & Canada: 4 to 7 days.
European Union: 2-5 days.
As soon as the parcel leaves our warehouse, you will receive an automatic E-Mail with the DHL tracking number to follow the delivery status.
Prior to placing an order, please ensure that you genuinely intend to purchase the merchandise, as all orders placed are considered final. This will help us prevent any fees associated with the cancellation of received orders.
Exchange & Returns
Please notice that we can only exchange items for another size/color, NOT for a different model. You must place a new order if you are interested in a different model.
The return is FREE of charge only for customers in the USA, which means that Canadian customers are responsible for the cost of the returns.
APOLLO MODA LLC is not obliged to accept the return of goods if they have been used, worn, washed, or damaged. Returns are only accepted within a 14-day window after delivery. Please pack the goods as you receive them, and please note that we will not accept items without their tags attached. We are not obligated to send return labels if the customer has made a mistake by entering the wrong address or choosing the wrong size when placing the order. Please double-check the information entered before placing the order to avoid any inconvenient situations.
Delivery of damaged/wrong goods
Please contact our service department immediately if you receive the wrong/damaged goods. These goods will be accepted as a return and exchanged/refunded. Please follow the usual return procedure when sending these goods back. Please, in this case, contact us at email@example.com.
