Shipping
All deliveries are made with the global package delivery companies DHL, UPS & FedEx, which is FREE on all orders! The orders are shipped from our United States or Europe warehouse to your delivery address. So that you know, shipments to post office boxes will generally not be delivered. The additional terms and conditions of FedEx can be read on www.fedex.com.
Orders are processed from Monday to Friday, from 9 to 11 am.
Please notice that orders which are placed Friday afternoon, Saturday, and Sunday will be processed on Monday morning.
Express orders placed on Thursday afternoon will be processed and sent out on Friday. Since DHL, FedEx, and UPS are not working during the weekend, these orders will generally reach you after the weekend.
Exchange & Returns
Please notice that we can only exchange items for another size/color, NOT for a different model. You must place a new order if interested in a different model.
The return is FREE of charge on all orders, which means that the customer is not responsible for the cost of the returns.
APOLLO MODA LLC is not obliged to take the goods back should they have been used, worn, washed, or damaged. Please pack the goods as you receive them, and be aware that we will not accept items without their tags attached.
Delivery of damaged/wrong goods
Please contact our service department immediately if you receive the wrong/damaged goods. These goods will be accepted as a return and exchanged/refunded. Please follow the usual return procedure when sending these goods back. Please, in this case, contact us at support@apollomoda.com.
