Shipping:

All deliveries are made through global package delivery companies DHL, UPS & FedEx, and are FREE for all orders. The orders are shipped from either our United States or Europe warehouse to your delivery address, and you will receive a tracking number via email once the order is shipped. It is important to note that shipments to post office boxes will generally not be delivered. Orders are processed from Monday to Friday, from 9 am to 11 am.

Please note that orders placed on Friday afternoon, Saturday, and Sunday will be processed on Monday morning.

Express orders placed on Thursday afternoon will be processed and sent out on Friday. Since DHL, FedEx, and UPS do not operate during the weekend, these orders will generally be delivered after the weekend.

Exchanges & Returns:

Please note that we only accept exchanges for items of a different size or color, not for a different model. If you're interested in a different model, you'll need to place a new order.

Our return process is free of charge within 30 days after the purchase on all orders that qualify. However, please be aware that APOLLO MODA LLC is not obliged to accept returned goods if they have been used, worn, washed, or damaged. Please pack the goods as you receive them, and ensure that items are returned with their tags attached.

Cancellation:

Cancellation of an order is only accepted within one hour of placing the order.

Delivery of Damaged/Wrong Goods:

If you receive damaged or wrong goods, please contact our service department at support@apollomoda.com immediately. These goods will be accepted as a return and exchanged or refunded. Please follow the usual return procedure when sending these goods back.
