All deliveries are made with the global package delivery company FEDEX and it is FREE! The orders are shipped from our warehouse in United States or in Netherland to your delivery address. Please note that shipments to post office boxes will generally not be delivered. The additional terms and conditions of DHL can be read on www.fedex.com.
Orders are processed from Monday to Friday, from 9 to 11am.
Please notice that orders which are placed Friday afternoon, Saturday, and Sunday will be processed on Monday morning.
Express orders that are placed on Thursday afternoon are going to be processed and sent out on Friday. Since FEDEX is not working during the weekend, these orders will generally reach you after the weekend.
Estimated transit time after dispatch:
United States & Canada: 3 to 6 working days.
European Union: 2-5 working days.
As soon as the parcel leaves our warehouse, you will receive an automatic E-Mail with the FEDEX tracking number to follow the status of the delivery.
Exchange & Returns
Please notice that we can only exchange items for another size/color, NOT for a different model. If you are interested in a different model, you will need to place a new order for it.
The return is FREE of charge as well, which means that customer is not responsible for the cost of the returns.
APOLLO MODA LLC is not obliged to take the goods back should they have been used, worn, washed or damaged. Please pack the goods the way you received them and be aware that we will not accept items without their tags attached.
Delivery of damaged/wrong goods
Please contact our service department immediately in case you receive wrong/damaged goods. These goods are going to be accepted as a return and exchanged/refunded.
