Exchanges & Returns:
To initiate a return, please send an email to support@apollomoda.com with your order number in the subject line and the reason for return in the body of the email.
Note that we only offer exchanges for different sizes or colors, not for different models. If you require a different model, you'll need to place a new order. If you've accidentally ordered an incorrect size or provided an incomplete address, we regret to inform that we can't offer free return labels or take responsibility for non-delivery.
Our return process, free of charge for qualifying orders, must be initiated within 30 days of purchase. APOLLO MODA LLC may reject returns if items have been used, worn, washed, or damaged. Ensure to return the items as received, with all tags attached.
