Placeholder Returns, Cancellations, and Exchange Policy – Apollo Moda


APOLLO MODA RETURNS & EXCHANGES


Returns Process:

  1. Email us at support@apollomoda.com.

    • Subject: Your Order Number
    • Body: Reason for return
  2. Returns are free for eligible orders within 30 days of purchase.

Please Note:

  • If an incorrect size was ordered or an incomplete address was provided, we cannot offer free return labels or assume responsibility.
  • Items should be returned as received, with all tags attached.
  • APOLLO MODA LLC reserves the right to refuse returns if items are used, worn, washed, or damaged.
  • Shipping costs are non-refundable.
  • First-time buyers: To avoid a $20 restocking fee per pair of shoe, order a single pair if unsure about your size.

Cancellations:

  • All sales are final.
  • Order cancellations are not accepted.

Exchanges:

  • We offer exchanges for different sizes or colors.
  • Exchanges for different models are not allowed. For a different model, please place a new order.

Damaged or Incorrect Items:

  • If you receive a damaged or wrong item, contact us immediately at support@apollomoda.com.
  • Such items will be accepted for return and can either be exchanged or refunded.
  • Follow our standard return procedure for these cases.
