Returns, Cancellations, and Exchange Policy
Returns To initiate a return, please send an email to support@apollomoda.com with your order number in the subject line and the reason for return in the body of the email.
Our return process is free of charge for qualifying orders within 30 days of purchase. However, if you've accidentally ordered the wrong size or provided an incomplete address leading to non-delivery, we cannot offer free return labels or take responsibility for the situation.
We advise customers to return the items as received, with all tags attached. APOLLO MODA LLC reserves the right to reject returns if the items have been used, worn, washed, or damaged.
Shipping cost is NON-REFUNDABLE.
For first-time buyers who are uncertain about their size, we recommend ordering a single pair at a time to avoid a $20 restocking fee per pair of shoe upon returning the item.
Cancellations Please note that all sales are final, and we do not accept order cancellations.
Exchanges We offer exchanges for different sizes or colors, but not for different models. If you require a different model, you'll need to place a new order.
Damaged or Incorrect Goods In the unfortunate event of receiving damaged or incorrect items, contact our service department immediately at support@apollomoda.com. These items will be accepted for return and can be exchanged or refunded. Please follow our standard return procedure in these cases.
