APOLLO MODA: RETURNS & EXCHANGES GUIDELINE


How to Initiate a Return:

  1. Email your request to support@apollomoda.com.

    • Subject: Your Order Number
    • Body: Reason for the return
  2. We proudly offer FREE returns for ELIGIBLE orders within 30 days of purchase. Upon receiving your email, we'll swiftly review and respond to your request.


Points to Remember:

  • Ensure the accuracy of your shipping address. For items mis-shipped due to an incorrect address, we can't provide responsibility or free return labels.

  • Items should come back to us in the condition they were received, with all tags still in place.

  • APOLLO MODA LLC maintains the authority to decline returns if items show signs of wear, have been washed, or bear any damage.

  • If it's clear a customer is exploiting our small business, we reserve the right to withhold free return labels.
  • Should a customer order multiple pairs of shoes and return most or all of them, a fee of $15 per pair will be applied to safeguard our small business.
  • Remember, shipping fees are non-refundable.


Order Alterations:

  • All transactions are conclusive. We regretfully cannot accommodate order cancellations.

Exchanges:

  • Need a different size or color? We're here to help with exchanges.

Received Damaged or Incorrect Products?

  • Please get in touch right away at support@apollomoda.com if your order arrives damaged or isn't what you expected. We'll facilitate the return and offer an exchange or refund as per your preference.
